a) Cancellations.

If you have registered your order and it has not been sent to you yet, you can cancel it for any reason with your written request to RHODES-SHOP.

If you have already paid for your order by credit card, your refund will be made directly to this account. In case you have paid for your order in a different way, your money will be refunded by crediting your bank account which you will indicate with an IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if transfer costs arise, you will be charged. In any case, the refund will be made within 15 calendar days of your written request. Alternatively, the refundable amount can be kept as credit for your next order, if you wish.

b) Changes. In the special case that you wish to make a change in size and not in type, RHODES-SHOP, for your best service, is charged for the shipping of one of the two shipments that will be made to change your product. The above does not apply to shipments in Cyprus, as you are charged the shipping costs in full

c) Returns - Right of withdrawal.

RHODES-SHOP accepts returns of products you have purchased from its website, for any reason, following your written request with the following conditions: i) Your request for return is received in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. ii) The products are in their original packaging without being tampered with or used. iii) The products are accompanied by the relevant sales document (eg retail sales receipt). iv) You assume the responsibility and the cost of returning the products to the following address: OUGIANIK MEHMET, RHODES-SHOP . d) Guarantee of perfect receipt.

All orders are packaged in the best possible way, in order to ensure the safety of the products during transport. If, nevertheless, you receive any kind of defective, contact us within 2 working days from the date you received your order and RHODES-SHOP will replace the items at no cost to you.

The full receipt guarantee does not limit your "legal guarantee" and "commercial guarantee" rights as described in the following paragraph.

e) Seller Liability & Supplier Guarantee.

All RHODES-SHOP products are covered by a two-year "legal guarantee" in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.

In particular, in case of a real defect or lack of agreed quality of the product you have purchased from RHODES-SHOP you can (a) request its repair without your charge or its replacement with another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs (b ) request a price reduction and (c) withdraw, unless it is an insignificant actual defect.
