2. Payment methods

Payment for your order at RHODES-SHOP can be made in the following ways:

a) Credit card - VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Diners, Euroline. There is no extra charge from RHODES-SHOP for credit card purchases.

b) Debit card - VISA, Mastercard, Diners, Euroline. There is no extra charge for credit card purchases.

The settlement of transactions with credit / debit cards in RHODES-SHOP is done exclusively by the electronic trading system of ALPHA BANK. Upon completion of the online order at RHODES-SHOP, you are transferred to the bank environment, on a specially designed page and you are invited to enter your card details. These details are not made known in the RHODES-SHOP, and in no one else, except the bank, which will process the financial transaction of your order.

c) Cash on delivery - payment in cash upon delivery. With the cash on delivery method, you pay in cash the total amount of your order upon receipt by the cooperating transport company.

In case of refund from RHODES-SHOP due to return / change of products, the bank account you indicate to us with IBAN number is credited. Any expenses charged to you by the bank to which your account belongs, will be charged to you.

According to Law L.4446 / 2016 article 69 § 2, documents to individuals (retail receipts) and professionals (invoices) over € 500 can not be paid in cash (or cash on delivery), but using any electronic means (credit / debit card, e-wallet, bank deposit, etc.). COD as a payment method is not available for orders outside Greece.

3. Receipt of products

RHODES-SHOP sends you your courier orders with cooperating courier companies wherever you request them all over Greece.

For orders over 100 € you are not charged shipping, which is paid by RHODES-SHOP for you. For smaller orders you will be charged with the shipping cost, which starts from € 3 for orders shipped within Attica and from € 8 in a different case. The exact amount depends on the weight and volume of your order and is calculated automatically before you complete the registration of your order and after you have chosen the place of sending it.

Orders that only include products marked "Immediately available. Shipped the same or next business day." are executed and shipped the same or the next business day of your order. Orders that include at least one product marked 'Usually ships in 2-4 business days' or 'Usually ships in 1-2 weeks' are executed and shipped in a total of 2-4 business days or 1-2 weeks, respectively, from the day of your order.

From the day of their shipment, the orders are delivered by the carrier to your place either in 1 extra day if you are in Attica or in the capitals of the Prefectures, or within 2 additional days in a different case. In the islands and remote areas it may take an extra day to receive the order.

Shipments to Cyprus are made either by courier for orders up to 5 kg, or with transport companies for larger orders, with a minimum order value of € 25 and € 50 respectively. The cost with courier starts from € 8.9 and with shipping from € 30 - the final cost is calculated automatically before the completion of your order and depends on its weight and volume. Shipments by courier are delivered in 2-3 working days from the day of shipment and orders by shipping in about 5 working days.

In exceptional cases, for your best service, your order may be shipped in two phases, depending on the volume / weight of your order.

In cases where the total weight of the order exceeds 10 kg, the delivery is made by transport companies and the delivery time may be longer. In cases where the destination of the order is characterized as remote or inaccessible by the cooperating courier companies, you will be consulted before sending it for the exact way of receipt. In this case, you have the option of receiving your order from the nearest station of the cooperating courier company at no extra cost, or delivering it to a remote or inaccessible place at an additional cost according to the current price lists of the cooperating company.

4. Cancellations, returns and guarantees

In the special case that you wish to make a change in size and not in type, RHODES-SHOP, for your best service, is charged for the shipping of one of the two shipments that will be made to change your product. c) Returns - Right of withdrawal. Returns with ELTA are not accepted.

In case you have paid for your order by credit card or bank account, your refund for the products you return is made directly to these accounts. In case you have paid for your order in a different way, your money will be refunded by crediting your bank account which you will indicate with an IBAN number in your written request. In this case, if transfer costs arise, you will be charged. In any case, the refund is made within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the products you return to the above address.

The amount to be refunded relates to the value of the products, excluding the shipping costs charged to the first shipment.

Returns on gifts that have been given promotionally or on offer with another product are not accepted. In case the products do not meet the above conditions, they will be returned to the sender at his own expense.

d) Guarantee of perfect receipt. All orders are packaged in the best possible way, in order to ensure the safety of the products during transport. If, nevertheless, you receive any kind of defective, contact us within 2 working days from the date you received your order and RHODES-SHOP will replace the items at no cost to you.

The full receipt guarantee does not limit your "legal guarantee" and "commercial guarantee" rights as described in the following paragraph.

e) Seller Liability & Supplier Guarantee. All RHODES-SHOP products are covered by a two-year "legal guarantee" in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code.
