RHODES-SHOP sends you your courier orders with cooperating courier companies wherever you request them all over Greece.
For orders over 50 € you are not charged shipping, which is paid by RHODES-SHOP for you. For smaller orders you will be charged with the shipping cost, which starts from € 3.5 for orders shipped to land destinations and from € 6 in a different case. The exact amount depends on the weight and volume of your order and is calculated automatically before complete the registration of your order and after you have selected the place of sending it.
Orders that only include products marked "Immediately available. Shipped the same or next business day." are executed and shipped the same or the next business day of your order. Orders that include at least one product marked 'Usually ships in 2-4 business days' or 'Usually ships in 1-2 weeks' are executed and shipped in a total of 2-4 business days or 1-2 weeks, respectively, from the day of your order.
From the day of their shipment, the orders are delivered by the carrier to your place either in 1 extra day if you are in Attica or in the capitals of the Prefectures, or within 2 additional days in a different case. In the islands and remote areas it may take an extra day to receive the order.
Shipments to Cyprus are made either by courier for orders up to 5 kg, or with transport companies for larger orders, with a minimum order value of € 25 and € 50 respectively. The cost with courier starts from € 8.9 and with shipping from € 30 - the final cost is calculated automatically before the completion of your order and depends on its weight and volume. Shipments by courier are delivered in 2-3 working days from the day of shipment and orders by shipping in about 5 working days.
In exceptional cases, for your best service, your order may be shipped in two phases, depending on the volume / weight of your order.
In cases where the total weight of the order exceeds 10 kg, the delivery is made by transport companies and the delivery time may be longer. In cases where the destination of the order is characterized as remote or inaccessible by the cooperating courier companies, you will be consulted before sending it for the exact way of receipt. In this case, you have the option of receiving your order from the nearest station of the cooperating courier company at no extra cost, or delivering it to a remote or inaccessible place at an additional cost according to the current price lists of the cooperating company.
Receipt from RHODES-SHOP: You can also pick up your orders from the physical headquarters of RHODES-SHOP free of charge, once its preparation has been completed and you have been informed about it. Orders remain ready for delivery for a period of 15 calendar days, after which they are canceled.
Our company and its partners take all the necessary measures to validly update the availability of all products presented in our online store and for the timely delivery to you of the products you have ordered based on the above schedule. However, it is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, natural disasters, supplier problems and delays, government or legislative acts. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you and inform you about it and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product.
