Payment for your order in the RHODES-SHOP online store can be made in the following ways:

a) Credit card - VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. There is no extra charge from RHODES-SHOP for credit card purchases.

In addition, depending on the amount of your order, you can pay it with interest-free installments. Specifically, you can pay for your order up to: up to 3 interest-free installments, if it is over € 100, up to 6 interest-free installments, if it is over € 200 and up to 12 interest-free installments, if it is over € 300. Installment payment is compatible with most credit cards and final approval is given directly by the bank.

The charge on your card is recorded with the beneficiary ELITE TRENT EE, the company that has created and operates the RHODES-SHOP. In case of refund from RHODES-SHOP due to cancellation or return of products, the account of the same credit card that you used to pay for your order is credited.

b) Debit card - VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. There is no extra charge for credit card purchases.

It is noted that debit cards can not be traded in installments.

The settlement of transactions with credit / debit cards in RHODES-SHOP is done exclusively by the electronic trading system of ALPHA BANK. Upon completion of the online order at RHODES-SHOP, you are transferred to the bank environment, on a specially designed page and you are invited to enter your card details. These details are not made known in the RHODES-SHOP, and in no one else, except the bank, which will process the financial transaction of your order.

The credit / debit card payment process is completely secure, and is covered by the most up-to-date security specifications on the ALPHA BANK secure server with 128 bit encryption - the maximum available today - and certified by Thawte Consulting (Pty) Ltd.

The charge on your card is recorded with the beneficiary ELITE TRENT EE, the company that has created and operates the RHODES-SHOP. In case of refund from RHODES-SHOP due to cancellation or return of products, the account of the same credit card that you used to pay for your order is credited.

c) Cash on delivery - payment in cash upon delivery. With the cash on delivery method, you pay in cash the total amount of your order upon receipt by the cooperating transport company.

In case of refund from RHODES-SHOP due to return / change of products, the bank account you indicate to us with IBAN number is credited. Any expenses charged to you by the bank to which your account belongs, will be charged to you.

According to Law L.4446 / 2016 article 69 § 2, documents to individuals (retail receipts) and professionals (invoices) over € 500 can not be paid in cash (or cash on delivery), but using any electronic means (credit / debit card, e-wallet, bank deposit, etc.). COD as a payment method is not available for orders outside Greece.

d) Deposit in a bank account. You do not have any additional charge from RHODES-SHOP for purchases with payment of your order by deposit in a bank account.

Once the deposit is made from your bank account, you will not be charged any additional costs. Any expenses charged by a different bank will be borne by you in full. The amount to be sent to our bank should be the exact final amount of your order without any deduction from your bank. RHODES-SHOP is charged only with the expenses of our bank. (SHA)

ELIT TRENT E.E., the company that has created and operates the RHODES-SHOP, must be mentioned as the beneficiary of the account during the deposit. Upon completion of the bank transfer, please inform, either by e-mail or by phone, the RHODES-SHOP, so that the process of preparing and sending your order can proceed.

Please note that the payment process through a bank account must be completed within 5 working days, otherwise the order will be considered invalid.
